- 1 large butternut squash, peeled and seeded, cut in bite-size cubes
- 2 Tbsps. of butter
- 1 and 1/2 Tbsps. of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small saucepan melt the butter and stir in sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Put the squash in a large bowl and pour in the butter mixture. Toss to coat.
Spread the squash on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
