- 1 cup meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
- 1 cup of meat or vegetable broth
Cut the meat into 1/2 cubes and remove all the excess fat.
In a saucepan simmer the meat in broth until meat is tender, about 45 minutes to an hour. Drain the stock, reserving the liquid.
Puree the meat and 1/2 a cup of the cooking liquid until you get the desired consistency.
Refrigerate or freeze unused portions immediately.
