Simple Summer Fruit Salad

  • 6 cups of fresh fruit such as: watermelon, cantaloupe, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries and pitted cherries
  • 2 tsps. of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. of lime juice


Step 1

Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces and put it into a large bowl.

Step 2

Stir the sugar, orange juice and lime juice into the fruit. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
