Texas-Style Ribs

  • 2 racks of baby-back ribs
  • 3/4 tsp. of black pepper
  • 2 tsps. of kosher salt
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsps. of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. of chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper


Step 1

Combine all the ingredients except the ribs in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs and allow them to set for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the grill to medium. Grill the ribs covered for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
